SDL provides a cloud-based School Management ERP system that allows educational institutions to manage admissions, attendance, fees, exams, and communication. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

To use certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your passwords and accounts.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Access to premium features requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in our Refund Policy. We may change our pricing at any time, but we will provide notice before any price changes take effect on your account.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

8. Govering Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh, India.
