Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to paid subscriptions and services provided through Suivre Digital Library.

Schools may request cancellation according to their subscription plan and applicable agreement.

Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility may depend on the subscription plan, payment date, payment status, usage and applicable terms or law. Duplicate payments may be reviewed for refund.

For manually submitted QR/UPI payments, the payment remains Pending until verified by the authorized administrator.

Payment statuses may include:

• Pending
• Under Review
• Approved
• Rejected
• Refunded

Processing Time & Exceptions

Refund processing time may depend on the applicable payment provider.

Refunds may not normally be available for services already substantially used, expired subscriptions, voluntary cancellation after the billing period has started, or violations of platform Terms, subject to applicable law.
